Description
Talk, Prosecco & Pizza in West London – with no 90-minute trek home
Tired of trekking out east to talk tech?
Well, this social in the White City Innovation District is for those who work and/or live in Hammersmith & Fulham or neighbouring boroughs, where there are other techie folks (shock, horror.)
Join us for an evening of punchy and thoughtful speeches, prosecco and pizza amidst a like-minded community who work in tech.
Our speakers will explore the impact that technology and tech businesses are going to have on our lives over the next 5 years and how their companies are aligning to deal with that. This takes place against a backdrop of challenges: Brexit, the rise of AI, increased public awareness of the implications of tech on privacy, security and safety; wider public policy concerns about the power of ‘big tech’.
Speakers:
Grace Boswood: COO, BBC Design & Engineering
Helene Steiner: Co-founder, OpenCell
Dan Cobley: Partner, Blenheim Chalcot
Dave Ranyard: CEO, Dream Reality Interactive
Emmanuel Ayoola: Head of Corporate Relations, Generating Genius
Kindly hosted by Huckletree West and sponsored by Blenheim Chalcot and Upstream.
We’re delighted that this event is also supported by some awesome organisations and businesses in Hammersmith & Fulham. Shout-outs to BBC, CyLon, Firefly Learning, Ginza, UENI, iPLATO, Medidata, Mitt, West London Business and the Royal College of Art.
